Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) & Product Engineering Consultant to help semiconductor clients transform their product development and commercialization processes. You will work across fabless, IDM, and OSAT environments to bring structure, speed, and strategic alignment across the product lifecycle—from early-stage engineering builds through mass production ramp-up.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in product engineering, NPI, or related roles within semiconductor, OSAT, or electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead and support NPI strategy building and optimization.
Drive phase gate reviews, product qualification, and ramp readiness activities.
Collaborate with client engineering and program teams to accelerate time-to-market.
Map and align engineering (eBOM), manufacturing (mBOM), and repair (rBOM) structures.
Work with cross-functional teams to manage ECNs and product configurations.
Support PLM systems, workflows for part creation, release management, and change control.
Ensure product data integrity and traceability across the product lifecycle.
