Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on a rolling shift. The role requires a minimum formal qualification and 3+ years in semiconductor, LCD, or related manufacturing environments.

You will oversee production teams, ensure targets and quality standards, manage manpower, and coordinate with QA, Engineering, and Warehouse to resolve issues while maintaining SOPs and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum SKM, Diploma, or Degree qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production team members during daily operations.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Monitor manpower allocation and production workflow.
• Coordinate daily production activities.
• Resolve production and operational issues.
• Ensure team members follow SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor production performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments when required.
