Job summary

Boschgroup in Malaysia is seeking a production team member to support quality-driven manufacturing in a fast-growing semiconductor environment. You will participate in 6S, perform conversion inspections, and trigger actions when non-conformities are found, following work instructions and Andon signaling.

The role requires 1–2 years of production experience, a minimum SPM, and the ability to work in a cross-functional team with Poka-Yoke, standardized work, and ESD procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Trigger technicians/engineers when non-conformities are found.
• Perform conversion inspection according to the work instruction.
• Participate in change-over meetings with MST team.
• Carry out 6S for own workstation.
• Complete production checklists for every shift.
• Participate in Production Suggestion System (PSS).
• Understand and follow ESD procedures.
