Job summary

Bosch Malaysia is seeking a qualified technician to support set-up and release activities for tester systems used in final testing. You will work closely with product engineering to analyze testing data and contribute to lot release decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years in semiconductor manufacturing, a diploma in Electronics and Software Engineering, and strong teamwork with cross-functional communication. On-site role with opportunities for process improvements and CIP projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Diploma in Electronics and Software Engineering.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional communication.
• Experience with tester systems, data analysis, and DOE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, release, maintain, and troubleshoot tester systems.
• Production first contact for tester hardware issues.
• MSA operations and report generation; release testers on time.
• Support engineering activities, DOE runs, and test program verification.
• Lead CIP projects for tester-related activities and coordinate with suppliers.
