Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an Engineer, Ecosystem IP PM and Quality to qualify and validate IP libraries across platforms.

You will assess vendor IP deliveries, perform QA against a checklist, issue certificates of approval when passed, and manage IP testing to ensure compatibility with PDK updates and customer tape-out. The role requires collaboration with external IP providers and internal teams to resolve issues, improve IP quality, and support successful deployment of IP

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Knowledge or experience in IC design field.
• RTL to GDS flow and analog simulation experience.
• Proficient in layout design and DRC/DFM/LVS debugging.
• Hands-on experience with industry standard CAD tools.
• Scripting/ automation or AI tools experience welcomed.
• Familiar with library compiler/PrimeTime/VCS.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming IP QA against a predefined QA checklist and verify IP DK and Silicon deliverables.
• Issue certificate of approval when QA passes and certificate of non-conformance when QA fails.
• Qualify IP merge kit to support customer tape-out.
• Maintain IP information in IP database and IP Catalog.
• Define test cases for IP qualification and IP regression.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA methods and test suites.
