Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, or field service.
• Knowledge of mechanical assemblies, electrical systems, sensors, and automation components.
• Basic understanding of machine vision systems, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and image-based inspection.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site customer support.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing, inspection, or precision automation equipment.
• Familiarity with PLC diagnostics, servo drives, motion control, and industrial communication.
• Experience in camera calibration, vision system troubleshooting, or image-based alignment.

Aufgaben

• Install, calibrate, commission, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, automation, and machine vision issues.
• Support camera setup, calibration, lighting adjustment, image acquisition, and inspection configuration.
• Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Perform equipment testing, repairs, preventive maintenance, and customer acceptance support.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide customer training and prepare service reports and technical documentation.
• Follow cleanroom and safety requirements and travel to customer sites as needed.
