Job summary

Penang Skills Development Centre is seeking a capable technician for our semiconductor assembly line in Malaysia. You will perform equipment setup, buyoffs, and ensure process criteria are met to release production modes.

The role requires a Diploma in Electronic/Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years in the semiconductor assembly field. Proficiency with basic computer tools (Excel, Word) is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor assembly
• Basic technical knowledge is required
• Proficient with Excel and Word for daily tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform shifty buyoff on the critical process machine parameter buyoff within process control.
• Perform shifty buyoff on the process make sure meeting process criteria and requirement.
• Perform equipment conversion and setup and buyoff machine within process control before release to production mode.
• Attend machine down time and make sure machine able to repair and release back to production mode.
• Work closely with production on the machine conversion plan and perform accordingly based on plan.
