Job summary

Bosch Malaysia is seeking a skilled engineer to maintain production equipment per maintenance plans, analyze downtime causes, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. You will localize failures on boards and PCBs, align equipment to supplier specs, and update circuit diagrams as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in relevant engineering functions.
• Experience in Cohu NY32 Loader & Tape and Reel machines is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance according to maintenance plan on machine and calibration.
• Analyze downtime reasons of the equipment and repair mechanical, electrical and electronic components.
• Localize failures on measurement boards and PCBs and repair boards.
• Mechanically and electrically align equipment per supplier specification.
• Autonomously adapt and extend circuit diagrams per engineering specs.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers on appointments and discussions; monitor due dates.
