Job summary

Nexperia is seeking a Cost & Value Analyst to lead factory overhead cost analysis and value optimization for semiconductor packages. You will develop cost-down proposals, quantify savings from process improvements, and collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Planning to deliver measurable cost reductions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 3–8 years in cost engineering or manufacturing, preferably in semiconductor environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• 3–8 years of experience in manufacturing, cost engineering, industrial engineering, or operations excellence (semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing preferred).
• Experience working closely with Finance / Costing teams is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Cost & Value Analysis – Perform factory overhead cost analysis (DL/IDL, utilities, maintenance, indirect materials, support functions).
• Cost Reduction & Proposal Development – Develop cost-down proposals with clear financial impact, assumptions, and risk assessment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Quality, Supply Chain, and Facilities to identify cost-reduction levers.
• Reporting & Governance – Prepare management-level reports on cost trends, savings progress, and variance analysis.
