Job summary

Frontken Corporation Berhad is seeking engineers to develop and optimize precision cleaning processes used in semiconductor manufacturing. The role focuses on establishing cleaning parameters and monitoring process performance to improve yield and efficiency.

You will conduct root cause analysis for cleaning defects, collaborate with QA/QC to define cleanliness criteria, and prepare SOPs and process documentation while ensuring regulatory and industry standards are met.

Qualifications

• Develop and optimize precision cleaning processes (e.g., ultrasonic cleaning, aqueous cleaning, solvent cleaning).
• Monitor process performance and implement improvements to enhance yield and efficiency.
• Provide root cause analysis for cleaning defects and contamination issues to prevent recurrence.
