Job summary

Frontken Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking personnel for surface treatment and precision cleaning of semiconductor components. You will perform sandblasting, coating, and surface preparation, ensuring high quality and adherence to SOPs in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities include inline inspections, process monitoring, and maintaining traceability through SAP systems. Experience in cleanroom or related processes is preferred, with willingness to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and precision in handling small components.
• Follows SOPs and safety procedures accurately.
• Ability to work in cleanroom/controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform sandblasting, coating, and surface treatment per instructions and specs.
• Carry out manual and automated precision cleaning before processing.
• Prepare components for processing to ensure coating adhesion and quality.
• Handle high-value semiconductor parts in contamination-controlled setting.
• Operate sandblasting and coating equipment safely to meet output targets.
• Monitor process parameters to ensure spec conformance.
• Conduct visual inspections for cleanliness and coating quality.
• Maintain full traceability and proper product identification.
