Job summary

Ajax Systems in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a technical sales professional to expand our security solutions across ASEAN. You will promote product solutions, provide technical consultation, and support key clients to ensure successful tender submissions and deployments.

The role requires strong knowledge of intrusion, IP CCTV, and access control systems, with excellent communication and English skills.

Qualifications

2+ years in a similar role within alarm, video surveillance, access control, and home automation fields.
Strong knowledge of intrusion and IP CCTV and access control systems.
Experience installing/designing video surveillance, fire, intrusion, or other security systems.
Public speaking is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English (verbal and written).
Willingness to travel for business.

Responsibilities

Promote and introduce product solutions to customers with technical consultation and support of key clients.
Analyze customer needs with the sales department.
Support tender submissions and technical proposals.
Develop system architecture, BOM, and compliance documentation.
Support proof-of-concept deployments and system testing.
Support sales team with follow-up from leads in the portal.
Develop long-term relationships with partners and installers.
Ensure solutions align with local regulatory requirements.
