Job summary

Upright Talent in Malaysia is seeking a vigilant security operative for night shifts at a multinational electronics facility in Tampoi, Johor Bahru. You will patrol the site, screen visitors, manage access, monitor vehicles, and ensure restricted areas stay secure.

The role requires reliability, alertness, and the ability to work independently on rotating shifts; night shift allowance is provided, with meal and transport allowances, and an attractive salary package up to RM 2k.

Qualifications

• Security or factory experience is preferred.
• Must be responsible, alert and disciplined.
• Good attendance and able to work independently.
• Must be willing to work overnight / rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Patrol around the company to make sure everything is safe and secure.
• Check visitors and contractors entering and leaving the company.
• Control vehicles entering and leaving the company.
• Report any suspicious activity, theft, damage or security problems.
• Make sure visitors and outsiders do not enter restricted areas.
• Monitor the scrap area and assist with scrap-related matters.
• Check that lights andair-conditioners switched off after working hours.
