Job summary

Capital Dynamics Asset Management Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Analyst (Security) to manage a broad set of cyber security tasks. The role covers planning and upgrading security controls, user awareness, and monitoring for breaches across networks and systems.

Applicants should hold a solid Computer Science or IT degree and demonstrate knowledge of antivirus, IDS, firewalls, patch management, and security frameworks. Cloud security and related certifications are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Planning, implementing and upgrading security measures and controls.
• Conducting awareness training of the workforce on information security standards, policies and best practices.
• Monitoring networks and systems for security breaches through the use of software that detects intrusions and anomalous system behaviour.
• Analysing IT specifications to assess security risks.
• Inspecting hardware and software for vulnerabilities.
• Preparing reports on IT security.
