Job summary

Ekco is seeking an experienced Enterprise Security Engineer to deliver and manage security services across multiple customer environments. You will deploy ThreatLocker, Trellix, and Forescout, uphold endpoint and network security, and ensure timely issue resolution and strong security outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in security engineering or managed services, excellent communication, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a security engineering, systems administration, or managed services role.
• Hands-on experience with ThreatLocker, Trellix, and/or Forescout.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security and network security concepts.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments and multiple customer accounts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to service delivery.
• Experience documenting technical actions and producing customer-facing reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support security services across multiple customer environments.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain ThreatLocker, Trellix, and Forescout solutions.
• Support endpoint security controls such as allowlisting, ringfencing, endpoint protection, and policy enforcement.
• Assist with network security monitoring, device discovery, access control, and compliance management.
• Monitor service health, identify issues, and take corrective action where needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and technical escalations.
• Analyze alerts, events, and platform data to identify risks and recommend remediation.
• Join customer and internal meetings to provide updates on security posture and service progress.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and maintain SLA commitments.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and service reports
