Job summary

Ekco is seeking an experienced Enterprise Security Engineer to support the delivery and management of enterprise security services across multiple customer environments. This role requires hands-on experience with ThreatLocker, Trellix, and Forescout, and a strong understanding of endpoint and network security.

You will deploy, maintain, and optimize security controls to protect customer environments from modern threats, working with customers and internal teams to ensure strong service

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a security engineering, systems administration, or managed services role.
• Hands-on experience with ThreatLocker, Trellix, and/or Forescout.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security and network security concepts.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments and multiple customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support security services across multiple customer environments.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain ThreatLocker, Trellix, and Forescout solutions.
• Support endpoint security controls such as allowlisting, ringfencing, endpoint protection, and policy enforcement.
• Assist with network security monitoring, device discovery, access control, and compliance management.
• Monitor service health, identify issues, and take corrective action where needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and technical escalations.
• Analyze alerts, events, and platform data to identify risks and recommend remediation.
