Job summary

REN Wellness Retreat in Subang Jaya seeks a vigilant Security Officer to support daily security operations, manage access control, monitor CCTV, and respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents with calm professionalism.

Requirements: SPM holder, minimum 1 year related experience, basic MS Word and Excel, good report writing and record keeping, alert and disciplined, and willingness to work shifts, weekends or public holidays.

Qualifications

SPM holder with basic security knowledge and willingness to learn SOPs.
Minimum 1 year of experience in security or related field.
Familiarity with access control, patrols, and emergency procedures.
Proficient in basic administrative tasks and report writing.

Responsibilities

Assist the Security Department in daily security operations, post duties, access control and maintaining site security.
Control entry and exit of staff, visitors, contractors and vehicles.
Conduct authorised body checks/personal searches in accordance with SOP.
Conduct routine patrols of buildings, parking areas, perimeter and designated areas. Monitor CCTV and report suspicious activities or security concerns.
Respond to security incidents, alarms, fire emergencies, accidents and other emergencies. Assist with evacuation and emergency response activities as directed.
Maintain daily security logs, patrol records, visitor records, checklists and incident reports.
Assist with control and proper use of keys, access cards, two-way radios, CCTV and other security equipment.
