Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant professional experience in security services, banking, compliance, and/or sanctions/AML/KYC monitoring.
• Strong awareness of global geopolitical situation and sanctions risk implications.
• Attention to detail and investigative mindset with research skills.
• Resilience to stress and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong command of English and MS Excel literacy.

Responsibilities

• Resolve settlement issues and act as SME to interpret policies and guidelines; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Analyze data using tools to recommend process improvements to senior management.
• Interpret data to prepare reports and present findings to management.
• Identify policy gaps and help formulate policies to streamline work processes.
• Assist with project implementations and trade flow enhancements.
• Interpret data to support launching new products and upgraded platforms.
• Minimize bank risk by ensuring compliance with audit and control policies.
• Assess risk in business decisions and supervise activity with ethical standards.
