Job summary

Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG is seeking a passionate individual to enhance the S&OP team in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah. You will oversee demand planning and lead production scheduling, ensuring the accuracy of demand inputs and alignment with company goals.

To enhance our successful S&OPTeam in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee demand planning activities including forecast consolidation, customer demand review, and variance analysis.
• Ensure demand inputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with S&OP.
• Identify demand risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Support S&OP demand review and management reporting. Support shipment planning by confirming output readiness daily.
• Lead master production scheduling (MPS) and detailed production planning.
• Ensure production plans are feasible, capacity-aligned, and executable.
• Monitor plan adherence and drive recovery actions for delivery gaps.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to support production plans.
• Drive inventory optimization, including control of excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on supply risks and recovery plans.
• Set clear objectives, KPIs, and standard work for the PPC team.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Monitor and report KPIs such as OTD, forecast accuracy, plan adherence, inventory turns, and master data accuracy.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for performance gaps.
• Lead planning process improvements and support NPI readiness.

Your Profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• More than 7 years’ experience PPC, MRP, demand planning, inventory management, and production planning.
• Familiar with ERP/MES systems (SAP/Oracle) is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Required to support weekend duty on a rotational basis.
