You will liaise with auditors, regulators, and directors, ensuring timely filings and up-to-date governance practices. Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is essential, as is a valid practicing certificate.

Possess a valid practicing certificate as company secretary
Demonstrate in depth understanding of Corporate Law and Corporate Governance principles.
Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in statutory filings and documentation.
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Familiarity with Company Secretarial Practices and Corporate Secretarial Practices, including knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in using Company Secretarial Software for managing records, filings, and compliance tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Demonstrate interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution in addressing company secretarial matters.
