Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a skilled technical sales professional in Kuala Lumpur to support LV, MV and HV cables and related solutions. You will engage with consultants, EPCs, utilities, and contractors on technical requirements, review specifications, and prepare proposals and submittals.

You will conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer trainings while coordinating with internal sales, engineering, production and Quality to deliver effective technical solutions throughout the

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in technical sales, business development, or application engineering in electrical products.
• Strong knowledge of cabling products.
• Leadership and collaboration to work with internal support teams.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Independent and self-starter.

• Provide technical sales support for Low Voltage (LV), Medium Voltage (MV), and High Voltage (HV) power cable products and related company solutions.
• Engage with consultants, EPC contractors, utilities, electrical contractors, distributors, and end-users on technical requirements and product applications.
• Review project specifications, drawings, cable schedules, and tender documents.
• Recommend suitable cable solutions based on project requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, method statements, and product submittals.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
• Assist customers with technical clarifications during tender and project execution stages.

• products certification and type test with third-party certification body
• purchase requisition for product certification and third-party type test
• timely product certification renewal
