Job summary

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Product Ops
- Build and launch promos and evergreen modules (homepage, destination pages, deals) end to end and able to work within deadline
- Optimise campaigns for app attributed GMV and profit
- Create campaign coupon codes, set eligibility/guardrails, QA across devices, and post-campaign reconciliation
- Maintain deal pages, surface hero SKUs per market, ensure pricing accuracy, retire stale items
- Draft briefs (copy/assets/UTMs), route to Design, manage approvals and go-live checklists
- Coordinate regional comms (SG/MY/TH and others): localisation, calendars, alignment
- Ongoing QA/monitoring on links, tracking, remove expired campaigns
Performance & Reporting
- Maintain weekly/monthly dashboards for owned assets: Sessions, CVR, Orders, AOP, Revenue, Profit, Margin %.
- Track campaign performance vs target; flag gaps early and operation optimisations
- Set up simple A/B tests and document learnings
P&L & Ops Support
- Comfortable with P&L and sensitive to revenue, Profit, margin, and ROI
- Update P&L revenue/expense trackers and escalate breaches of guardrails
- Prepare simple forecasts for key pushes; reconcile coupons and media spend with Finance
Collaboration
- Work with Partnerships, Paid, CRM, Product Ops, Design, and Regional Marketing; on campaigns, products optimization, raise/track tickets to closure
- Share weekly status notes (risks, blockers, next actions) and escalate early with clear options/ETAs
- Prepare go-live timeline checklists
and post-launch readouts; work with teams on learnings into the campaign playbook - Support markets localisation and cross-device QA on app/web
Requirements
- 2-3 years hands-on campaign execution/marketing ops (e-commerce, travel, or marketplace; strong internship experience considered)
- Degree or
Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or related - Numerate with basic P&L concepts (COGS, margin %, ROI) and Excel/Sheets (pivots, VLOOKUP)
- Tools: Tableau/Mix Panel, CMS, marketing automation/CRM
- Strong written comms, localisation awareness, meticulous QA, deadline-driven
- Language: English & Mandarin
