Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking an Administration and Operations team member to support school-based transportation services in Seri Kembangan/Bukit Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves collaborating with school management to resolve issues and drive process improvements while handling inquiries and sign-ups.

You will work with diverse stakeholders including staff, bus drivers, students and parents, starting early at 6am.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Able to start work at 6am.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia (BM) & Mandarin.
• Able to work with diverse stakeholders including staff, bus drivers, students and parents.
• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the school management staff to address any operational issues, feedback or areas of improvement.
• Work on projects to improve company systems, processes and student sign ups.
• Handle customer queries or feedback with constructive outcomes in a proactive, timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the smooth running of our daily operations by supervising and problem solving on the go.
