Job description

1. Academic Leadership & Quality Assurance

Oversee the strategic implementation, tracking, and refinement of the KSSR and KSSM frameworks.

Ensure rigorous preparation and academic strategies for major national assessments, specifically SPM.

Drive 21st-century teaching methodologies and integrate digital learning practices across all standard subjects.

Monitor classroom performance and deliver continuous professional development to academic staff.

2. Statutory Compliance & Administration

Serve as the primary liaison with the Ministry of Education (KPM), Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri (JPN), and Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah (PPD).

Ensure full school compliance with the Education Act 1996 and all statutory regulatory guidelines.

Manage day-to-day school operations, including timetable optimization, resource allocation, and budget management.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Student Growth

Foster strong, proactive partnerships with parents, the Parent-Teacher Association (PIBG counterpart), and alumni.

Collaborate with the corporate/management board on marketing and student recruitment initiatives to meet annual enrollment targets.

Uphold student discipline, character development (sahsiah), and a safe, inclusive school environment.
