Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers occupational therapy assessments to determine a student’s level of functioning relative to age and placement.
• Prepares assessment reports identifying student needs and proposed treatment strategies and develops IEP goals.
• Develops occupational therapy treatment plans to improve students’ functional abilities and learning capacity.
• Provides individual and group therapy sessions addressing sensory-motor integration challenges.
• Designs therapy plans aligned with educational goals in collaboration with the IEP team.
• Monitors therapy programs and collaborates with educational staff to integrate strategies into learning programs.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support student development and performance.
• Conducts evaluations using functional, behavioral, and standardized assessment tools.
