Job summary

Superb Access Solutions in Shah Alam, Selangor invites applications for a scaffolding worker. The role requires awareness of safety standards, the ability to work outdoors, and collaboration with a scaffolding team on site. Candidates should have 1–2 years of related experience and basic scaffolding knowledge.

We offer a standard 5.5-day work week with early start times and opportunities to advance within a safety-focused environment. Certification in scaffolding is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of scaffolding or construction experience.
• Basic knowledge of scaffolding erection, dismantling and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights and outdoors.
• Safety-conscious and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in erecting, dismantling, and modifying scaffolding structures per safety procedures and site needs.
• Inspect scaffolding components and ensure proper installation and security.
• Follow supervisor instructions and coordinate with the scaffolding team on site.
• Maintain scaffolding equipment, tools, and materials and keep work areas tidy.
• Ensure all work complies with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.

Possess basic knowledge of scaffolding erection, dismantling, and safety procedures.

Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in outdoor/site environments.

Responsible, hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team.

Relevant scaffolding certification or training is an added advantage.

Job Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1 PM
5.5 working days per week
