Job summary

Superb Access Solutions in Shah Alam, Selangor is seeking a scaffolding worker with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our site team. The role requires basic knowledge of erection, dismantling, and safety procedures, and the ability to work outdoors at height while staying safety‑conscious.

You will assist in assembling and modifying scaffolding structures, inspect components, and cooperate with supervisors to meet site requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant scaffolding or construction experience.
• Basic knowledge of scaffolding erection/dismantling and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights and outdoors.
• Reliable, hardworking, safety‑minded and a good team player.
• Certification or training in scaffolding is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in erecting, dismantling, and adjusting scaffolding per safety rules.
• Inspect components and ensure structures are secure.
• Follow supervisor instructions and coordinate with site colleagues.
• Maintain scaffolding equipment, tools, and materials properly.
• Ensure work complies with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.

Job Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1 PM
5.5 working days per week
