cbs APAC is seeking an experienced SAP SD E-Invoicing Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our team in Malaysia/Singapore. You will develop country-specific e-Invoicing expertise, translate regulations into practical solutions, and lead end-to-end implementations across regulatory landscapes.

The role requires 2–8 years in SAP, familiarity with S/4HANA, OTC/P2P/Finance processes, and strong documentation and training abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business information systems or related field.
• 2–8 years in SAP consulting, finance transformation, e-Invoicing, tax tech, or ERP projects.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment is preferred.
• Understanding of OTC, P2P, and Finance processes.
• Knowledge of country-specific e-Invoicing (Malaysia, Singapore, India).
• Strong documentation and training delivery skills.

Responsabilités

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP SD E-Invoicing Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our team.

Position: SAP SD E-Invoicing Consultant/Senior Consultant

Location: Malaysia/ Singapore (PR or Citizens only)

Modules: SAP Sales & Distribution, E-Invoicing

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain country-specific e-Invoicing expertise by understanding regulatory requirements, implementation timelines, transaction scope, exclusions, reporting obligations, participant roles, registration prerequisites, file formats, code lists, mandatory data elements, and special business scenarios.
• Analyse e-Invoicing legislation and translate regulatory requirements into practical business and solution recommendations for customers.
• Participate in end-to-end e-Invoicing implementation projects, supporting activities from project initiation through hypercare and post-go-live support.
• Conduct business process assessment workshops to understand customer processes, identify compliance impacts, and define solution requirements.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements, process flows, and solution specifications.
• Design and configure country-specific e-Invoicing solutions by translating regulatory and business requirements into functional solution designs.
• Support solution delivery activities including blueprinting, configuration, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and release management.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT),and ensure solution compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on existing customer solutions, product features, and implementation methodologies.
• Create and maintain country-specific training materials, user guides, knowledge articles, and internal enablement content.
• Deliver customer and internal training sessions on e-Invoicing regulations, business processes, and solution capabilities.
• Support pre-sales and business development activities through proposal preparation, effort estimation, solution demonstrations, and response to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with product, functional and technical teams to continuously enhance e-Invoicing solutions and implementation approaches.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 8 years of experience in SAP consulting, finance transformation, e-Invoicing, tax technology, or ERP implementation projects.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment is preferred.
• Prior involvement in global tax compliance, e-Invoicing, e-Reporting, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Finance processes.
• Understanding of country-specific e-Invoicing requirements, e.g. India e-invoicing, Malaysia MyInvois, Singapore InvoiceNow etc.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
• Experience in workshop facilitation, solution design, testing, and user training.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Technical Knowledge (Preferred)

• Strong SAP SD functional, technical and hands‑on knowledge
• Basic understanding of SAP FI and MM processes
• Familiarity with electronic document formats, APIs, middleware, integrations and XML formats
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and willing to learn new regulatory and technology topics.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and global project environment.

• SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance)
