Job summary

Radii Global in Malaysia is seeking an experienced SAP SD E-Invoicing Consultant to design, implement, and deliver SAP-based electronic invoicing and tax-compliance solutions. You will translate regulatory requirements into actionable functional designs and lead end-to-end implementation across regional markets.

The role requires strong SAP functional knowledge, experience with e-invoicing regulations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting, SAP SD, e-invoicing, tax technology, finance transformation, or ERP implementation
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Familiarity with country-specific e-invoicing requirements (Malaysia MyInvois, Singapore InvoiceNow, India e-invoicing)
• Able to analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications and solution designs
• Experience with requirements gathering, workshops, testing, documentation, and user training
• Excellent verbal and written English, with ability to engage with international stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Research and interpret e-invoicing regulations (Malaysia MyInvois, Singapore InvoiceNow, regional requirements)
• Conduct client workshops to understand workflows and gather requirements
• Translate business and regulatory needs into functional specs and designs
• Support end-to-end e-invoicing projects from blueprinting to deployment and post-implementation support
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP with e-invoicing platforms and government networks
• Develop and execute test scenarios; support SIT/UAT and resolve defects for compliance
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on solutions and projects
• Prepare functional docs, user guides, training materials, and conduct client/internal trainings
• Assist with proposals, effort estimates, demos, and client consultations
• Work with product/functional/technical teams to enhance capabilities and processes

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD E-Invoicing Consultant / Senior Consultant to support the design, implementation, and delivery of SAP-based electronic invoicing and digital tax compliance solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP functional knowledge, an understanding of e-invoicing regulations, and experience translating business and regulatory requirements into effective technical and functional solutions. This role involves managing end-to-end implementation activities, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, and supporting compliance initiatives across regional and international markets.

Key responsibilities

Research and interpret e-invoicing regulations, including Malaysia MyInvois, Singapore InvoiceNow, and other relevant regional requirements

Conduct client workshops to understand existing workflows, identify compliance gaps, and gather business requirements

Translate business and regulatory requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs

Support end-to-end e-invoicing projects, covering blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support

Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP solutions with e-invoicing platforms, external service providers, middleware, and government or network systems

Develop and execute test scenarios, support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve defects, and ensure regulatory compliance

Monitor changes in e-invoicing legislation and assess their impact on existing solutions and implementation projects

Prepare functional documentation, user guides, training materials, and knowledge articles, and conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams

Assist with proposals, effort estimation, solution demonstrations, and client consultations

Work closely with product, functional, and technical teams to enhance solution capabilities and improve implementation processes

About you

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2-8 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting, SAP SD, e-invoicing, tax technology, finance transformation, or ERP implementation

Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and finance-related business processes

Familiarity with e-invoicing, e-reporting, digital tax compliance, or regulatory implementation projects

Knowledge of country-specific e-invoicing requirements, such as Malaysia MyInvois, Singapore InvoiceNow, or India's e-invoicing framework

Ability to analyse business requirements and develop functional specifications and solution designs

Experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, testing, documentation, and user training

Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills

Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to engage with international stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving regulatory and business requirements
