Job summary

Tenthpin Management Consultants in Malaysia is seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Life Sciences and Manufacturing sectors, focusing on SAP Growth and RISE with SAP, including cloud ERP and digital transformation.

You will develop new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and build strategic relationships with C-level executives and IT leaders to accelerate customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably SAP.
• Proven track record in selling SAP solutions, cloud ERP or SaaS.
• Experience managing complex, high-value B2B sales cycles.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of cloud ERP, SaaS and digital transformation.
• Experience in Life Sciences or Manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

About the Role
