JOB TITLE : SAP RE-FX ANALYST Support

REPORTS TO : Manager SAP Finance ERP

JOB PURPOSE : Providing Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support for SAP RealEstate Management (RE-FX), encompassing incident management,system configuration, and integration with SAP FI/CO. The roleinvolves in-depth analysis of system behaviour, debugging complexissues, and ensuring stability and accuracy of RE-FX processes,particularly during financial close cycles (MEC).Responsible for supporting cross-functional integration betweenRE-FX and other SAP modules, including: Finance (FI/CO) – G/L postings, account determination,cost/profit center alignment Reporting – data consistency for financial and managementreporting FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) –integration with receivables, collections, and disputemanagement

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• 1. Delivery & Support Management Provide end-to-end functional support for SAP RE-FX applications, ensuring adherence to SLA,governance, and support procedures Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and user inquiries with minimal disruption tobusiness operations Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive and long-termsolutions Liaise with SAP Principal Support, vendors, and internal IT teams to resolve complex platform orintegration-related issues Support month-end and quarter-end closing (MEC/QEC) processes related to RE-FX, includingvaluation and financial postings Identify and implement system patches, compliance updates, and data archiving strategies Monitor and recommend system performance improvements to ensure optimal system efficiency Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, incidents, and resolutions
