Job summary

Accenture Malaysia is seeking a seasoned SAP PP-PM specialist to provide functional support in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. You will work independently within a dynamic, collaborative team and contribute as a subject matter expert on PP-PM processes.

The role requires 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP PP-PM, at least one full-cycle implementation, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience with SAP PP-PM in a support and/or implementation role.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP PP-PM implementation project.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP PP (Production Planning) and PM (Plant Maintenance) in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business users, addressing functional issues and providing system guidance for PP-PM.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and work with technical teams to implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless PP-PM integration with other SAP modules.
• Support interfaces between SAP and external systems to ensure data flow and process alignment.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployment activities, and continuous process improvements.
• Demonstrate a proactive, resourceful, and collaborative approach in supporting business and project objectives.

• Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployment activities, and continuous process improvements.


• Demonstrate a proactive, resourceful, and collaborative approach in supporting business and project objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience working with SAP PP-PM in a support and/or implementation capacity.


• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP PP-PM implementation project.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.


• Hands-on experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL Certification is an added advantage.


• Experience working in a global support or AMS environment is preferred.
