Job summary

Strada is seeking a SAP HCM Junior Data Consultant to execute data migration activities for one or more payroll countries. You will support the DM Lead from preparation to testing, loading, validation, and reconciliation, aligned to the Data Migration Plan customized per country.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MBA, 0–3 years in IT projects, and willingness to work in shifts. You will collaborate in a global delivery model and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science or MBA.
• 0 to 3 years IT-related project experience.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Strong team player with global delivery experience.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of HRIS, Time & Attendance, Payroll concepts.
• Functional knowledge of HRIS like Workday, SAP HCM, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Payroll systems.
• Basic skills in Excel/MS Access or similar tools.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Support the DM Lead through all phases of data migration.
• Prepare and execute DM templates following client standards.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation using defined tools.
• Review client data files for quality, completeness, and readiness before loading.
• Load data to testing and production environments and update the load tracker with results.
• Provide validation reports and assist with client data validation until sign-off.
• Share experience and suggest improvements on templates and loading.
• Support multiple concurrent projects.
