Strada Global is seeking an SAP HCM Junior Data Consultant to support data migration across payroll countries. You will prepare templates, perform ETL steps, validate data, and ensure sign-off with the DM Lead.

The role requires 0–3 years of IT project experience, HRIS familiarity, and willingness to travel. Join a global DM team and work across Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP HCM, and related payroll systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science or MBA from a recognized institution.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in IT-related projects or environments.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate in a global delivery model.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of HRIS technologies and HRIS workflows.
• Functional knowledge of HRIS technologies such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP HCM, Peoplesoft, and Payroll (SAP PY, PT, FIORI).
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Access, or similar data-handling tools.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel for business as required.
• High level of proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Support the DM Lead throughout all phases of data migration.
• Prepare and execute DM templates following client’s standards.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation using defined tools.
• Review client data files for quality and readiness before loading.
• Load data to testing and production environments and update trackers.
• Provide validation reports and assist with client data sign-off.
• Share improvements on data migration templates and loading.
• Support multiple concurrent projects.
