Strada Global Professional Services in Malaysia seeks an SAP HCM Junior Data Consultant to assist in data migration across payroll countries. You will help with extraction, transformation, validation, loading, and reconciliation under the DM Lead's guidance.

You will review data files, run loads, and prepare validation reports, collaborating with global teams and ensuring DM Plan alignment. This role suits early-career IT professionals with HRIS familiarity and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or MBA from a recognized institution.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in IT-related projects or environments.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate in a global delivery model.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of HRIS technologies and Payroll concepts.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools like Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP HCM, PeopleSoft.
• Basic skills in Excel, MS Access, or similar data-handling tools.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel for business.
• High level of proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support the DM Lead throughout all phases of data migration.
• Prepare and execute DM templates following client standards.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Review client data files for quality and readiness before loading.
• Load data to testing and production environments and update trackers.
• Provide validation reports and assist with data validation until sign-off.
• Share experience and suggest improvements on templates and loading.
• Support multiple concurrent projects.
