Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced SAP FICO consultant to configuration, deployment, and maintenance of SAP FICO on S/4HANA/ECC. You will analyze business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and identify critical processes to optimize our SAP landscape.

The role supports hybrid working arrangements with potential for growth and exposure to diverse business domains across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 4 years of working experience in SAP FICO implementation, enhancement and/or support
• End-to-end greenfield or rollout project experience is a plus
• SAP S/4HANA experience is advantageous but not mandatory (ECC welcome)

about the job

• To execute configuration, deployment, customization & maintaining SAP FICO.
• To understand and analyze business requirements related to SAP FICO and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Identify key business processes and pain points of the customized solutions.
• Address specific business needs and requirements.
• Develop comprehensive solution designs, considering factors such as scalability, efficiency, and industry best practices.
• To work together with other consultants and stakeholder to facilitate seamless integration and support of SAP FICO S4 HANA.
• Conduct system testing to validate the functionality and performance of SAP FICO S4 HANA.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies, implementing optimizations to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

about the manager/team

You will work with different stakeholders, liasing with Project Manager, Key Business Users, Business Analyst, Functional & other Technical Consultants and programmers within project implementation (if any), enhancement & support of the SAP FICO - both ECC & S4 HANA

about requirements:

• Someone with at least 4 years of working experience in SAP FICO implementation, enhancement and/or support project either L2/L3 is an added advantage but not compulsary
• Some with at least 1 full cycle end to end greenfield or rollout implementation projects is an added advantage but not compulsary
• SAP S/4HANA experience is an added advantage but not compulsary (ECC is welcome to apply)

about the salary & benefits

• Only for MALAYSIAN or those that do not require VISA to work in Msia
• up to RM 13,000 can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more
