METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Data Steward Lead to drive data quality and governance across SAP environments. You will manage a Data Steward team, mentor staff, and coordinate with local units and a central data center to ensure consistent data practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data management or data analysis.
• 1–2 years of leadership within an SAP environment is preferred.
• Advanced degree and/or certifications in data management are advantageous.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Steward team to ensure data quality and governance.
• Mentor and manage team members to achieve governance objectives.
• Foster collaboration between local units and shared service centers.
• Collaborate with Data Governance and other departments to resolve data issues.
• Ensure adherence to data policies and business rules; guide users through changes.
