Job summary

FrieslandCampina in Malaysia seeks an SAP BTP & Cloud ALM Lead to own, govern, and evolve SAP BTP and SAP Cloud ALM across the organization, serving as platform owner for services, extensions, integrations, automations, AI, and lifecycle support.

The role covers platform strategy, governance, adoption, value realization, security, cost management, and alignment with business and IT goals; sits in the SAP Center of Excellence to enable global IT strategy with optimized cost and performance.

SAP BTP & Cloud ALM Lead

The SAP BTP Lead is accountable for the ownership, governance, service management, and strategic evolution of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud ALM across the organization. This role serves as the platform owner for all SAP BTP services, applications, extensions, integrations, automations, AI capabilities, and SAP Cloud ALM capabilities supporting the SAP application lifecycle.

The SAP BTP & Cloud ALM Lead is accountable for:

• Enterprise ownership of SAP BTP and SAP Cloud ALM platforms.
• Platform strategy, roadmap, and service evolution.
• Governance, standards, and compliance.
• Platform adoption and value realization.
• AMS provider performance and service quality.
• Security, risk management, and operational excellence.
• Budget, licensing, and consumption management.
• Integration of Cloud ALM into the SAP operating model.
• Alignment of platform capabilities with business and IT objectives.

The position resides within the SAP Center of Excellence, the SAP service organization which enables FrieslandCampina’s Global IT strategy at optimal performance and optimized cost while driving value for the internal Global IT business‑oriented platforms to support the SAP application users and businesses.
