Job summary

Roche is seeking a Financial Compliance Authorization Analyst to support global SAP authorization concepts and access management. You will resolve end-user issues, manage roles and duties, and coordinate with 2nd Level Support for user creations and changes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, strong problem solving, and an agile mindset to continuously improve internal controls and service levels within Roche's global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or IT related field.
• 3-4 years of SAP experience (consultant or helpdesk role preferred).
• Strong knowledge in SAP authorization, access management and GRC tools.
• Proven customer-centric mindset with exceptional problem solving and communication skills.
• Very good English and ability to collaborate in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP authorization support and resolve end-user issues.
• Coordinate SAP security management and implement role-based access.
• Collect information, analyze root causes, and escalate to 2nd Level Support if needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain service levels.
• Serve as a first point of contact for stakeholders and participate in reviews.
