Job summary

cbs APAC, a leading international consultancy, is seeking a Solution Consultant Security Authorization in Malaysia. The role focuses on SAP authorization services, handling roles and user management for SAP ECC and S/4HANA, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions across industries.

The position emphasizes SoD compliance, license optimization for S/4HANA, and potential deployment of SAP GRC or Cloud IAG, with opportunities to work on

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing SAP authorization roles and user management.
• Experience preparing SAP authorization matrix for SAP ECC, S/4HANA ABAP, FIORI, Public Cloud, Cloud IAS, BTP, SuccessFactors, and ARIBA.
• Experience deploying the authorization matrix to the platforms listed above following best practices.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP FIORI authorization.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with BTP Cloud IAS.
• Knowledge of SAP licensing, especially S/4HANA FUE.
• Nice to have: experience implementing SAP GRC or SAP Cloud IAG.

Responsibilities

• Preparing SAP authorization matrix for SAP ECC, S/4HANA ABAP, FIORI, Public Cloud, Cloud IAS, BTP, SuccessFactors, and ARIBA while ensuring segregation of duties (SoD).
• Implementing best practices for SAP authorization roles and user management across the same platforms, ensuring SoD compliance.
• Troubleshooting SAP authorization issues.
• Performing SAP license optimization, particularly for S/4HANA user licenses.
• Implementing SAP GRC or SAP Cloud IAG for governance, risk, and compliance.
