Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to build and support applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components. You will integrate Salesforce with external systems, manage incidents, and design Health Cloud-based patient workflows for a regulated environment.

The role requires 3–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development, AMS exposure, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, preferably in AMS or production support.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Apex development (classes, triggers, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, queueable).
• Strong experience developing interfaces using Lightning Web Components.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Experience supporting high-volume Salesforce apps and resolving production incidents.
• GxP-regulated environment experience preferred (pharma/healthcare).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud for patient workflows.
• Good understanding of patient access data models and security governance.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Manage incident triage, investigation, and resolution for high-volume patient access platforms.
• Analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes within SLAs.
• Design Salesforce enhancements for patient support programmes across regions.
• Configure and maintain Health Cloud workflows for patient access and assistance.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous integrations.
• Build and enhance user interfaces with Lightning Web Components.
• Maintain Salesforce integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and external systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Prepare technical docs, deployment records, and support materials for regulated apps.
• Participate in release planning, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
