Job summary

JEJE MANUFACTURING (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Sales Supervisor to plan and implement sales strategies, lead a team, and drive key performance indicators. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships and growing the sales pipeline.

You will monitor activities, prepare forecasts, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in sales and a related degree.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and team management abilities.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel or meet clients when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Monitor daily sales activities, sales performance, and progress against targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to increase sales.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Support the team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to customers.
• Assist in training and coaching sales staff to improve their product knowledge and selling skills.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by the management.
