Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking a capable supervisor to manage the daily operations of our contact centre in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive KPI achievement, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement standard procedures to support company goals.

You will provide ongoing coaching, identify training needs, and use performance data to improve results. Strong English and local language communication are essential; willingness to relocate to Kuala Lumpur is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in any field.
• 2 years of related field experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams to meet goals and KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contact centre operations to ensure KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve qualitative targets for the client.
• Establish work procedures supporting company standards and policies.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to drive team performance.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training with the L&D team.
• Enhance team performance using call monitors, briefings, and coaching sessions.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management to improve quality management.
