Job summary

Passion Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales Support professional in Penang to assist in achieving sales targets, nurture salon and customer relationships, and coordinate product knowledge and marketing activities.

The role involves planning marketing campaigns, delivering product education, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or account management will have an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in the hair, beauty, cosmetic, retail, or FMCG industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Lead in achieving monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Monitor customer purchasing patterns and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, customer records, and follow-up schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, hairstylists, and customers.
• Follow up on existing customer orders, enquiries, and product replenishment needs.
• Ensure timely response to customer requests and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate product knowledge training, demonstrations, and customer education sessions.
• Inform customers about new product launches, promotions, campaigns, and company activities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and salon events.
• Arrange regular customer visits for Educator to strengthen relationships and support business growth.
• Gather customer feedback, market information, and competitor insights.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
