• Min. Degree in Business Management / Strategic Management / Finance and Accounting or equivalent.
• Business Analysis & Strategies, Administration, Project Management & Computer Literates
• Good Communication & Presentation Skills, good command of English language
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and able to work independently when needed
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist Product and Campaign Management team to follow up with working committee on progress of upcoming product preparation.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks related to campaigns and processes.
• Assist in billing for service packages, wallbox, service and merchandise vouchers.
• Submit requests to IT for FS product creation.
• Send daily contract activation listings to external vendors for Mobilityplus.
• Update monthly vehicle and instalment price listings for internal stakeholders.
• Verify daily credit application data submitted by F&I.
• Generate daily reports and ensure accuracy before sending to Aftersales and Finance & Controlling.
