Job summary

Volvo Construction Equipment Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. offers a Sales & Marketing Intern position to support the team in marketing activities, customer engagement, sales administration, and general office tasks within a multinational corporate environment in the heavy equipment industry.

The role provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, events coordination, budgeting, reporting, and content creation, while developing English communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Proactive with a willingness to learn and contribute.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Graphic design or content creation skills are an added advantage.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Assist in digital marketing activities, including content creation, WhatsApp marketing campaigns, and report preparation.
• Support the coordination and execution of machine promotion campaigns.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and activities.
• Maintain and update marketing materials, including brochures and promotional displays.
• Coordinate customer events and promotional activities.
• Assist in tracking and updating marketing budgets.
• Review marketing artwork and coordinate approval processes.
• Support the submission and tracking of sponsorship requests.
• Assist in managing and monitoring the CSS process.
• Compile survey data and assist in preparing reports and summaries.
