Urban Hygienist Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Service Executive to join our sales team across Penang, Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. This full-time role drives business growth through acquiring new opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a pure commission-based remuneration structure and targets to achieve.

You'll need strong communication, the ability to travel, and a results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, while thriving in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by interacting with customers.
Present and demonstrate our hygiene and wellness products to potential customers.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Prepare sales documentation and follow up on leads promptly and professionally.
Provide excellent after-sales service and support to customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning.
Conduct product training and provide technical support as needed.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities in the system.
Collaborate with Customer Connect & Service teams to ensure seamless service.
Attend company training, briefings and events to promote the brand and generate leads.
