Urban Hygienist Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales & Service Executive to join our sales team in Penang, Kuala Lumpur, and Johor Bahru. This full-time role drives revenue through new business and strong relationships with existing customers.

You will acquire opportunities, maintain key accounts, and deliver exceptional service in Malaysia's hygiene and wellness sectors. Training and development are provided, with a focus on performance and growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through interacting and servicing customers.
• Present and demonstrate our hygiene and wellness products and services to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and solutions tailored to their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Prepare sales documentation and follow up on leads and enquiries promptly and professionally
• Manage and provide excellent after-sales service
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent effort and strategic planning
• Conduct product training and provide technical support to customers as needed
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities and transactions using our system
• Collaborate with Customer Connect & Service teams to ensure seamless service provision and customer satisfaction
• Attend company's training, briefing and events to promote our brand and generate leads
