AQUA SOLAR TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative (Outdoor Sales) to join our dynamic sales team in Rawang, Selangor. This full-time role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of our solar technology solutions in field settings.

You will conduct product demonstrations, present tailored solar solutions, and strive to exceed sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in outdoor/field sales, preferably in B2B or renewables.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driving licence and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and prospecting in the assigned territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding energy needs and providing tailored solar solutions.
• Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals to prospective clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up with leads and customers to facilitate the sales process and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline using company systems.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors to communicate value propositions.
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions and opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of our innovative solar technology solutions in the field. You will be the face of our company, engaging directly with potential customers and delivering presentations that showcase the value of our products. Key responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and prospecting activities in the assigned territory

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solar solutions

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in outdoor sales, field sales, or direct sales roles, preferably in the renewable energy, technology, or B2B sector

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information in simple terms

Strong negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for selling and business development

Ability to work independently in the field whilst maintaining strong communication with the head office team

Valid driving licence and access to reliable transportation for field visits

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are advantageous

Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Familiarity with solar energy solutions, renewable energy, or sustainability products is highly desirable

Proficiency with sales management software and Microsoft Office applications

Ability to manage time effectively and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
