Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our renovation team in Malaysia. You will handle company-provided leads for residential renovation, introduce renovation packages to homeowners, and guide customers from the initial enquiry through to closing.

This role suits someone who enjoys meeting customers, presenting solutions, following up consistently, and closing deals. Training will be provided; no interior designer background required, with a strong drive for targets

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred in property/renovation/interior design or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and closing abilities.
• Willing to learn renovation packages and interior solutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up with company-provided leads for residential renovation.

You will be responsible for handling company-provided leads for residential renovation, introducing our renovation packages to homeowners, and guiding customers from the initial enquiry through to closing.

This is a sales-focused role suitable for someone who enjoys meeting customers, presenting solutions, following up consistently, and closing deals.

We are looking for someone who is hungry for results and able to take ownership of their own sales performance.

Responsibility

1. Lead Management

• Handle and follow up with customer leads provided by the company.
• Contact customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Maintain regular and professional follow-ups with potential customers.
• Keep track of customer status and follow-up activities.

2. Sales & Presentation

• Introduce and explain residential renovation packages to homeowners.
• Present package features, scope, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
• Arrange and conduct customer meetings and presentations.
• Recommend suitable package options based on customer needs.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.

3. Sales Closing

• Follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate within the company’s approved pricing and package structure.
• Identify buying signals and confidently ask for the sale.
• Convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Build trust and maintain good relationships with homeowners.
• Coordinate with designers and the project team when required.
• Ensure a smooth handover from the sales team to the project team after confirmation.
